Festival Vendors
Thank you for your interest in becoming a part of the Telluride Yoga Festival family! We are looking for companies that align with our values, our attendees, and our desire to create a vibrant, creative and fun festival community. Vending runs Friday through Sunday, and our vendors are centrally located in the Mountain Village on Heritage Plaza (pictured below) and inside at the Conference Center.
Key Information
Vending Dates: Friday, June 27 - Sunday, June 29, 2025
Hours: Friday & Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 9-4pm.
Location: Mountain Village in the Heritage Plaza (our campus headquarters) and in our Wellness Haven at the Telluride Conference Center
Load In/Out: Thursday, 10am-4pm & Sunday 4-6pm.
Number of Vendors: 30-35 Mountain Air Market vendors + 10 Wellness Haven vendors.
Space: 10’x10’ booth tent (provided by vendors) for the Mountain Air Market and booths provided for the Wellness Haven
Price: $750 for Mountain Air Marketplace and $525 for wellness vendors inside the Conference Center and food vendors.

Additionally, the Telluride Yoga Festival draws in approximately 1,000 attendees throughout the weekend, guaranteeing exposure and potential customers.

Pricing, Maps & Essentials

$750 for a 10’x10’ space in the Mountain Air Market
$525 for a 10’x10’ Wellness Haven space indoors at the Conference Center
$525 for any food vendors at the Mountain Air Market
$1400 for a 10’x20’ space
$450 each for a shared space (we pair like-minded products together - max. of 2 vendors/space).
The price to vend includes a $25 business license fee for the Town of Mountain Village.

Security: We provide security outside business hours for our vendors Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
Processing Credit Cards: We recommend you have data on your phone/tablet for processing credit cards as a back up however.
Electricity: Please specify in your application if you will need electricity. 17 of our 32 vendor locations have electrical outlets.
Weather: Weather can change quickly in the mountains; this is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be made due to weather.
Payment: Payment is due at time of approval. Your space is not guaranteed until your application is accepted and full payment is received.
Tents/Tables/Chairs: Outdoor vendors are required to bring their own 10’x10’ tent. 6’ and 8’ tables + chairs can be rented for $20/table and $5/chair. Securing the tent is the responsibility of the vendor - please bring weights.
Taxes to Town of Mountain Village: Vendors agree to report sales and submit 8.65% of total gross revenue to TYF for sales tax.
Cancellations: Cancelling 60 days or more before the festival will result in a $200 cancellation fee. Within 60 days, fees are non-refundable.
