Jill Lawson

Jill Lawson began teaching fitness in 1992 and in 1999 she became a certified Sivananda yoga teacher. She has a master’s degree in exercise science from Texas State University in addition to her many other fitness instructor certifications. Her extensive background enables her to expand her yoga classes to incorporate yoga for skiing, mountain biking, golf and other sports. Jill is also a freelance writer and is published in The Huffington Post, OM Yoga Magazine, Diets in Review, Body in Balance TV, Yoga Magazine and Snowshoe Magazine.
