Visit us at the Festival's Yoga Marketplace where you can shop for the latest in Yoga clothing, products and even get your palm read. It's a bustling marketplace open to the public.
Friday &, Saturday 11:30am - 3:30pm @ Elks Park
Grab your lunch and join us each day in Elks Park for a variety of activities inclucing a Yoga Slackers Interactive Performance, a Elephant Journal Talk Show and Acro Yoga Performance (flying yoga).
Weekend Workshops & Special Events - Friday
11:30am 4pm Telluride Farmers Market on Oak Street in the town of Telluride: Grab some
wonderful local, organic food for lunhc and cruise up to Elks Park to catch Walk the Talk Show
and the Yoga Slackers performance.
1:30-2:30pm Walk the Talk Show @ Elks Park w/Wayland Lewis of Elepant Journal will be
interviewing some of the Festival's Instructors.
12:30-1:30pm Acro Yoga @ the Community Room in the Marshal's Office
w/Rachel Nelson. A fun powerful class. Get ready to sweat and open up. Bring your yoga mat.
12:30-1:30pm Bhakti Yoga @ the Wilkinson Public Libaray w/Angela Pashasyan.
Come explore the ancient practice of Bhakit Yoga, the yoga of devotion, in this heart opening
workshp. Donations will be accepted for the TFWChildren's fund. Please bring your yoga mat.
2-3:30pm Sanskrit Workshp @ the Wilkinson Public Library w/Dr. Katyayani Poole
Introduction to Nada, the Yoga of Sacred Sound. In this lively and interactive workshop, you'll
experience how the precise pronunciation of Shaskirt cultivates the nervous system in
preparation for profound mediation.
2-3:30pm Maras as our Greatest Teachers @ the Community Room in the
Marshal's Office w/Shy Sayar. On the night of his enlightenment, the Buddha defeated the
fources of Mara simply by seeing through the illusion of perceived threat. This class will fosuc on
our emotional resistance to sensations and experiences
7:30-10pm Kirtan@ the Telluride Conference Center Produced by the Bhakti Fest featuring:
WAH! Sean Johnson & the Wild Lotus Band ($15 Admission Fee for non pass holders)

12:30 - 1:30pm Partner Yoga @ the Community Room in the w/Rachel Nelson. Bring a partner
and yoga mats.
12:30-1:30pm Bhakti Yoga @ the Wilkinson Public Libaray w/Angela Pashasyan.
2-3pm Vision Boards @ the Wilkinson Public Library w/ Tammy Mitchell. Choose from a selectin of
recycled images, quotes & inspirations to create a personalized colage representing life, growth &
the passion you intend to attract into your life. Bring any pieces you may want to include.
2-3pm Instability & Vulnurability @ the Community Room 2 the Marshal's Office w/ Shy Sayar
Transitions, on and off the yoga mat are often most challenging to practice gracefully. This class will
explore transitions and the instability and vulnerability they can expose in us, not to "get rid" of them, but
to make better friends with the lessons they offer and consequently with ourselves.
7-7:30pm Chod @ the Conference Center w/Lama Tsultrim Allione. Practice reflects a unique
blend of the Tibetan Shamanic traditois and the Bugghist understanding of compassion and emptimess.
It is sung using a drum an a bell, and brings about healing by cutting through fear and self-clinging. If you
have a chod drum and bell, please bring it. Bring something comfortable to sit on. Chairs will also be
provided.
